چکیده
A benign focal non-reactive lesion that has been reported in the literature under a variety of names, Calcifying Fibroblastic Granuloma or Peripheral Ossifying Fibroma (POF) can occur usually younger age group with female predilection. POF be perplexing to clinician as clinical similarity pyogenic granuloma fibroma is astounding. It cause erosion bone and underlying structures recurrence rate ranging from 16% - 20%. So, must identified by histological investigation. In this paper, we describe about three individuals their 2, 5, 9 decades life who were all diagnosed POF. The predilection for females group. Only 0.5% cases have third decade which makes case unique one. presented here managed using different surgical approaches.
